I have had this dream a few times? I struggle walking like my legs are heavy and painfull also i have to grab things to pull myself along?

I get this dream where im fighting people to defend my family and winning then in comes in like a boss and i hide as it looks for me i jump out and kill it then my dad gets two knifes and stabs in the shoulder blades after this it goes black and im being chased but my legs are extremely heavier and no matter how hard i try i cant run or jog its like im being pulled downwards

i dreamt i was ascending through fluffy clouds, it was quite peaceful feeling what does it mean
