i keep dreamin of a witch crawlin up my stairs, and dreamin of the witch again but this time she's lookin at a baby boy and she's tryin to take him! can u please help me with this?

I have had this dream about three times now;
It begins with me either relaxing in bed or sleeping, I can't tell, and always ends up in a different setting than the time before.
I feel a faint paint in my abdomen, and lift up my shirt a bit.
That is when i see a flap of skin on my abdomen "peeled back". I freak out. I notice no one is around, and i reach for masking tape, and tape it shut. No pain. Then i realize it has slipped off again. The wound looks worse after this. Smooth flesh, and in the middle something is protruding. It resembles a vagina, but I know its not really that, I can't really explain it, it's swollen and coming out in layers in that one spot. I can't find anyone to take me to the doctors because I'm too young to take myself even in my dreams. & By the time I get to someone who can diagnose me, I lift my shirt and it's not there. & The person looks at me like i'm crazy.
any thoughts, anyone?
